Lellie SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the use of text messaging services provided by Lellie LLC ("Lellie," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from Lellie, you agree to these SMS Terms as well as Lellie's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Lellie, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Lellie.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology where permitted by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not prevent Lellie from sending transactional or service-related messages that are necessary to provide the Services, including security alerts, verification codes, appointment updates, billing notices, or other important account communications.

Information collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with Lellie's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your mobile phone number for monetary consideration.

 

8. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any updates will become effective upon posting the revised version with a new Effective Date.

Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
