Lellie Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled for services provided by Lellie LLC ("Lellie," "we," "our," or "us").
This policy applies to all subscriptions, add-on services, and purchases made through the Lellie platform unless otherwise required by applicable law.
1. Subscription Billing
Lellie offers subscription-based software services that renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (such as monthly or annually).
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lellie and its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized add-on services.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Your payment method will be charged using the payment information on file at the applicable renewal rate in effect at the time of renewal.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
3. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lellie account settings, if available, or by contacting Lellie Support.
Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
You will continue to have access to your subscription features through the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made.
4. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees, renewal fees, messaging fees, add-on purchases, setup fees, and other charges are non-refundable.
Lellie does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for unused portions of a subscription.
Refund requests resulting from accidental purchases, changes in business needs, or failure to use the Services are generally not eligible for a refund.
In limited circumstances, such as verified duplicate charges or billing errors, Lellie may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. 14-Day Free Trial
Lellie offers eligible new subscribers a 14-day free trial to explore the Services.
To begin your free trial, you may be required to provide a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the end of the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the then-current rate.
You may cancel your free trial at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
The 14-day free trial is available only to eligible new accounts and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated. Lellie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial program at any time and to deny or limit free trials where fraud, abuse, or repeated trial registrations are suspected.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, including due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, declined transactions, or banking errors, Lellie may:

Retry the payment;

Notify you of the failed payment;

Temporarily restrict access to paid features;

Suspend your subscription;

Disable future bookings or account functionality; or

Terminate your subscription if payment remains outstanding.
You remain responsible for all outstanding balances owed to Lellie.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, we encourage you to contact Lellie before initiating a chargeback through your financial institution.
Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated.
Lellie reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide supporting documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
8. Taxes
Subscription fees do not include applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or similar governmental charges unless expressly stated.
Where required by law, Lellie will collect and remit applicable taxes.
You remain responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
9. Changes to This Policy
Lellie may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, billing practices, or legal requirements.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above and provide notice where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
