Lellie may suspend messaging capabilities where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

Businesses using Lellie agree to:

Accurately represent services and pricing.
Honor bookings made through the Services unless cancellation is necessary.
Protect client information.
Maintain any required professional licenses or certifications.
Comply with tax, licensing, consumer protection, and privacy laws applicable to their business.

Lellie does not verify the qualifications, licensing, or insurance of businesses using the Services.

6. Platform Security

Users must not:

Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Use another user's account without permission.
Access data that does not belong to them.
Disrupt the availability or integrity of the Services.
Introduce harmful software or code.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or similar activities.

Any activity that threatens the security of the Services may result in immediate suspension or termination.
